Our client is a government funded Business Consultancy organisation based in Harwell, Oxfordshire. This role will be focused on supporting the business and internal stakeholders with employee relations cases of all levels while also reviewing and updating policies.
Job Description
The Interim HR Advisor will be responsible for:
* Supporting the business in regards to HR queries and employee relations case management being the first point of contact within the business to offer a
* Support the company through a period of policy review such as hybrid working polyc, reasonable adjustment policy, grievance policies. capability policy and more.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Interim HR Advisor will have the following skills/qualities:
* Seasoned HR Contractor with proven success in interim opportunities
* Demonstrable generalist experience ideally within a standalone environment
* Employee relations case management exposure
* Experience in reviewing and updating company policies
* Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
* High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
* Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment
* Immediately Available/Available on short notice
