We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our engineering team and support the efficient operation of production equipment across our factory in March. Reporting to the Engineering Shift Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving equipment performance, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring minimal disruption to production. Key Responsibilities Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise production downtime Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities Identify and implement engineering improvements to increase efficiency and reliability Maintain accurate maintenance records using the CMMS system Work closely with production teams to support operational performance Ensure all engineering work complies with health & safety regulations About You Time-served apprenticeship or qualification (NVQ Level 3 / HNC or equivalent) in Engineering Experience within manufacturing or food production environments Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills Experience with PPM and continuous improvement initiatives Knowledge of PUWER, LOLER and health & safety standards Ability to work independently and respond effectively under pressure What is on offer: Great Place to Work accredited.
