What It Means to Be an Apprentice at N Family Club
Our Level 2 Early Years Practitioner (15 months) and Level 3 Early Years Educator (18 months) apprenticeships are designed to develop your skills and confidence to start your career as an Educator. You’ll gain hands-on experience across different nursery rooms and activities within the N Curriculum, including Forest School, The N Passport, and Spanish.
Twenty percent of your time will be dedicated to 'off the job' training, focusing on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standards. You will have a dedicated tutor and mentor to support you. Upon successful completion, you will earn a full qualification, laying a strong foundation for your career in early years education.
After your apprenticeship, opportunities for specialization or management roles are available, offering endless growth potential.
