DMW Landscapes now employs a small team of highly skilled professionals offering; garden design, garden maintenance and building & construction for small domestic gardens to larger estates in and around Oxfordshire.
Job Roles:
Reporting directly to the Directors of the business. You will be required to run or assist on projects, organise the team, set priorities and a concise plan for each task to be undertaken. Controlling the workload by delegating tasks and to oversee the deliverables of the work scheduled.
Key Knowledge:
* Experience in landscaping (if applicable to the role)
* Basic principles of horticulture
* Understanding of landscaping techniques and construction (if applicable)
Key Skills & Responsibilities Landscaping:
* Construction of decking, composite and timber
* Fencing work, installation and repairs of all types of fencing
* Installing garden structures such as pergolas and sheds
* Knowledge and ability to lay paving, setts and stonework
* Knowledge and ability to lay blockwork and brickwork
* Adhere to all Health and Safety guideline and wear correct PPE
* Shrub & tree planting / turfing and seeding
Key Skills & Responsibilities Gardener:
* Experience in Mowing/Strimming/Pruning/Hedge cutting/Planting/Plant knowledge/Border maintenance.
