The Role: Lead the electrical engineering team responsible for the design and development of ground support equipment. Oversee engineering projects from concept through design, validation, and production release. Ensure that all engineering deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with project budgets. Allocate engineering resources effectively across multiple projects. Provide technical guidance and decision-making support for complex engineering challenges. Support new product development initiatives and continuous product enhancement. The Person: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. At least 7 years of leadership experience within an engineering department. Proven track record in designing electrical systems for heavy equipment, vehicle, or mobile machinery systems. Strong experience using CAD tools (e.g., EPlan, SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical). Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, electrical integration, and machine operation. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience implementing engineering process improvements or design standardisation initiatives.
