Customer Services Assistant- ASAP Start 14.15 per hour holiday pay Initial 8-week contract A housing organisation is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to support their frontline Housing Management team on an initial 8-week assignment. You'll act as a first point of contact for tenants and visitors, handling a range of enquiries including repairs, housing applications, rent payments and general advice, alongside providing reception, telephone and administrative support. Key duties include: Managing face-to-face and telephone enquiries Logging and processing repairs and housing enquiries Taking rent payments and completing basic reconciliations General housing administration, data entry and reporting Reception and switchboard cover About you: Strong customer service and admin skills Experience in housing or a similar public-facing environment preferred Confident, organised and customer-focused Please apply below if interested.
