If you have a passion for mechanical and electrical works and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nIn this pivotal role, you will assist the M&E Manager and collaborate with other team members on a variety of exciting projects.
Your responsibilities will include:\n\nConducting thorough surveys and inspections on-site.\nEngaging with a range of M&E systems including:- Electrical and mechanical systems\n- Door entry and CCTV systems\n- Dry risers and lighting protection\n- Boosted water pumps and automated gates & barriers\n- TV aerials, fire alarms, AOVs, sprinkler systems\n- Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR), solar panels, and roof extractor fans\n\nYour expertise will ensure that all elements of M&E works are running smoothly and efficiently!\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nThe ideal candidate will possess a trade backgro...
