A rare opportunity for a world-class organiser with a love for great food and fast-paced environments.
We're on the hunt for an exceptional Executive Assistant—someone sharp, highly capable, unflappable, and experienced in supporting senior leaders. Our bakery is no ordinary bakery; it's a dynamic, growing business where creativity meets precision, and no two days are the same. To keep things running smoothly, we need an EA who can anticipate challenges, solve problems before they arise, and can keep everything (and everyone) on track.
About You
* A seasoned EA, you've supported C-suite executives or entrepreneurs in high-pressure environments.
* You thrive on keeping things organised, on time, and running seamlessly.
* You're a strategic thinker, have excellent judgement, handle sensitive information with discretion, and are always one step ahead.
* You're adaptable, calm under pressure and able to pivot at a moment's notice.
* You're a confident, warm communicator, equally comfortable liaising with suppliers, clients, and industry professionals.
* You love a fast-moving, creative workplace and can balance structure with flexibility.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing the Founder's schedule and inbox, ensuring every day runs like clockwork.
* Handling multiple inboxes and high-level communications and confidential matters with discretion.
* Coordinating meetings, events, travel, and last-minute changes with ease.
* Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.
* Liaising with key stakeholders, from suppliers to VIP clients.
* Keeping operations running smoothly so the team can focus on what they do best.
What's in it for You?
* The chance to work at the heart of an exciting, high-end food business.
* A fast-paced, engaging role with real responsibility.
* Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for progression.
* A workplace where attention to detail is everything—but fun is always on the menu.
* And yes, plenty of fresh-baked perks along the way.
If you're an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves the idea of being part of a creative, growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
