Responsibilities: 1. Advisor to the CoC and subordinates. Or SME advisor to the organsiation. 2. Oversee delivery of health and safety process in the workplace. 3. Utilise MJDI for all accounting purposes daily. 4. Assist the QM (Res) with all aspects of G4 assurance to ensure compliance with the LSA&I question set 5. Ensure the Unit is well prepared for relevant G4 inspections. 6. Act as the ARes G4 POC for relevant Unit establishment issues, including providing G4 Unit support both in and out of camp under direction of QM. 7. Support the career management and professional development of all ARes SP personnel within the QM's Department under QM's direction. 8. Manage and control relevant material accounts with the Unit. 9. Manage the movement of relevant military resources
