Key Responsibilities
Drive, establish and maintain our CORE values throughout your team.
Provide high-quality care and support to residents ensuring their comfort and safety.
Supervise and train junior care staff, fostering their professional development.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
Assist residents with daily living activities including mobility, bathing, and meals.
Monitor and record patients' progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss resident status, clinical and care strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role within the care home industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate demeanour with a genuine desire to help others.
Knowledge of care planning and assessment procedures.
Certification in relevant health care and safety qualifications.
English Proficiency of a level that the responsibilities of the employee can be undertaken effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
