We are hiring a People & Culture Generalist for a 6 Month Fixed term contract. The P&C Generalist will act as point of contact for all Europe employees, handling all employment-related inquiries from employees, and people managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. What are you responsible for? •Administer onboarding (including delivering inductions) and offboarding processes for the region •Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, employee recognition, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development. •Respond to P&C tickets in a timely fashion, providing first line advice and escalating anything more complex to other colleagues •Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to ensure compliance. •Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. •Prepare and maintain the UK Employee Handbook (and other European regions where appropriate) •Assist with global People & Culture initiatives and administration •Maintain HRIS system and electronic personnel files with employee lifecycle documentation •Liaise closely with payroll to provide necessary information to process changes to ensure accurate submissions each month •Support Talent Acquistion with any P&C compliance queries e.g. employment verifications, contracts of employments, best practice etc •Perform other duties as assigned. •Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally, and diligently. Skills, Knowledge, Experience: • CIPD Level 3 or qualified • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations and HR best practice • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft office An Equal Opportunity Employer.
