The Pause Practitioner delivers intensive, relationship‑based support to women with complex needs, providing a coordinated package of health, therapeutic and social interventions aimed at enabling lasting change and reducing the likelihood of children entering care. The role involves designing and delivering effective interventions, both directly and through partner agencies while monitoring and reporting on outcomes. Practitioners help drive the development of local practice and ensure all work is carried out in line with relevant legislation, policy and guidance. Want to Know More?
