We are looking to recruit an experiencedPainter& Mould Wash Operative. The work involves carrying out repairs to properties with damp and/or mould issues; applymould wash,stain block,patch plasterandre-paintingto make good. The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.
The job requires work and travel acrossNorth West Londonincluding areasBarnet, Camden, Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith.
Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.
