Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and strategic Product Marketing Manager, who will partner with our product development and sales teams to drive adoption, engagement and retention of Roda BI. This role is pivotal in shaping the market positioning and go‑to‑market strategies of our products within the healthcare sector.
What You'll Do
* Conduct in‑depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
* Develop compelling messaging, value propositions and positioning statements for Roda BI and other products.
* Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with product management and sales teams.
* Create high‑quality content for marketing materials, including brochures, web content, case studies and white papers.
* Oversee digital marketing initiatives to promote product features, benefits and updates to target audiences.
* Develop user engagement strategies leveraging customer feedback and user data to enhance product offerings.
* Partner closely with sales, customer success and product management teams for seamless communication and alignment.
Essential Experience
* 5+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS or technology companies.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare market, ideally in social care.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
* Analytical mindset and experience in market research and analysis.
Technical Knowledge
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
* Experience with systems such as WordPress, Canva, Rocketlane, Tourial (or similar).
* Knowledge of product management methodologies and agile processes (preferred).
Success Indicators
* Proven ability to drive product adoption and engagement, cut through the noise and make a real impact.
* History of working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, forward‑thinking at a strategic level.
* Experience in gathering and leveraging customer insights for product improvement with a commercial focus.
* Proactive, self‑starting mindset; building from scratch and loving what you do with autonomy.
* Someone who is agile, dynamic and can work to tight deadlines.
