What you’ll do
* Support fee‑earners through all stages of the conveyancing process, from instruction to completion
* Effectively communicate with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
* Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
* Handle searches, request redemption statements, and liaise with the Land Registry
* Keep accurate records and update case management systems for smooth workflows
What you’ll bring
* At least 1 year of experience in a conveyancing role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
