The role: This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a growing Intellectual Property Disputes team. The successful candidate will take on a leading role in complex, high-value IP litigation, working with a diverse client base that includes established corporates, fast-growth businesses and innovators. Key responsibilities Leading and managing complex IP litigation matters, including patent infringement, trade mark disputes and copyright claims Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including mediation and arbitration Handling urgent interim relief applications and multi-jurisdictional enforcement actions Conducting IP due diligence in corporate and commercial transactions Providing strategic advice on IP portfolio management and online enforcement of rights Supporting the professional development of junior team members About You: Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience in IP litigation and dispute resolution Strong technical knowledge of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on contentious matters Experience handling complex disputes, often involving multi-jurisdictional elements Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively and provide commercially focused advice Track record of mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development INDCATS
