Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing the front of house operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, with a background in bar and food service.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
* Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise guest flow.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards when dealing with allergens.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality control.
* Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
Experience
* Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
* Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is preferred.
* Experience in barista duties would be advantageous.

We are able to provide flexibility over a range of day time and evening shifts for the right candidate, however evening work is a requirement of this position. Applicant must be over the age of 18, own transport would be beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 37 per week
