Dynamic Organisation seeks a Qualified Finance Manager to join the team on a contract basis. The Finance Manager would be technically strong, possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and management skills. This role would suit a 'hands on' Accountant who is able to hit the ground running. Duties of the Finance Manager include: Delivering comprehensive financial reports. Preparation of monthly statutory accounts Preparing the monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to aid business planning Overseeing the accounts department Preparing financial statements, including balance sheet and cash flow statements. Prepared accruals, prepayments, and other month end journals. Ensuring the balance sheet is fully reconciled at month end. Managing end-to-end audit process of current systems Managing cash flow and budgets Conducting financial forecasting and collaborating with department heads to manage P&Ls Reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP Finance liaison to key business stakeholders. Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management Maintaining robust financial systems to support current operations and future growth Implementing controls and procedures Ad-hoc projects Requires for the Finance Manager include: Qualified Accountant -ACA/ACCA/CIMA Audit background Previously prepared full month statutory accounts Strong attention to details Strong management experience Hands on approach and able to multitask. Strong system skills including Excel.
