Plan and adapt the curriculum to support learners with autism, learning difficulties, and speech and language needs. Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCO, and other professionals to support student development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor progress and report outcomes effectively to colleagues and parents. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience or strong interest in working with students with SEN. Understanding of EHCPs and how to apply them within the classroom. Strong communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills. A compassionate and patient approach. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
