Job Description Programming, setting & operating Mazak Integrex & QT machines. Producing a wide & varied range of highly toleranced parts which are used in the manufacture of Mazak CNC machines. Understand Mazatrol CNC controls & be able to program/edit/improve existing & new parts. Work within a team of fellow engineers to strict health & safety guidelines & rules. Play your part in promoting positive culture amongst staff by engaging in H&S improvements & kaizen initiatives. Essential Criteria Have a solid understanding of setting & operating CNC controlled lathes. Can demonstrate & have experience of safely using CNC controls. Have a can-do attitude. Prior experience working within a team in a busy manufacturing environment. Desirable Criteria Program from drawing Mazatrol CNC controls. Would have served a mechanical engineering apprenticeship/HNC etc. The role will be on nightshift starting 10pm Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am Salary - £37500-£40600 depending on experience.
