Senior Resourcer – Construction – Join a leading construction recruitment agency/department (customize based on company), specialising in placing top talent across all areas of the construction sector – from site trades and engineers to project managers and directors.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Resourcer to join the team. This is a pivotal role, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and delivering top construction talent to meet client demands. You will work closely with our recruitment team and clients, managing roles end-to-end or supporting high-volume delivery projects.
Senior Resourcer – Construction – Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple construction disciplines
* Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for current and future roles
* Screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through the recruitment process
* Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions
* Support recruitment consultants or manage end-to-end delivery of select vacancies
* Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM/ATS
* Mentor and support junior resourcers where required
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant, within construction
* Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
* Excellent communication skills with both candidates and clients
* A proactive and results-driven mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
* Knowledge of construction roles and terminology is highly desirable
