Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Process Specialist with the Commercial Enablement department. This role can be based in either UK or Europe.
The duties and responsibilities for this are:

The Process Specialist will assist with the commercial process optimization, documentation for implementing technology for various processes, sites or teams.

You will work with a Strategic Process Specialist or Process Lead to assist with the product roadmap and support the overall strategic vision.
:
You will have a basic understanding of the global processes, and will help to document dependencies, impacts, and risks with other team's functions while developing strategic partnership across the different teams.
:
You will work closely within the team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into correct business processes and technology deliverables.

The Process Specialist will also assist in documenting specific business KPIs based on the area of the process you are focused on.
Job Qualifications
Minimum requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience of business analytics, experience within Charles River or equivalent CRO experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
- Strong collaborator with cross:functional teams from tech, design, and business. Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting CRO industry principles.
- Knowledge of and strong interest in emerging digital technologies. Might include but not limited to Salesforce, Smartsheet, SAP, RPM, M:files, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Apollo, etc.
