Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher for one of our schools in Ashford, Kent. The successful candidate will deliver tailored educational plans to support students with various special educational needs. Responsibilities include designing and implementing learning strategies, engaging students in middle school education, working closely with support staff and families to address individual requirements, and promoting an inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications, such as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Expertise in Special Education and an understanding of working with students with disabilities. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and fellow educators. Proficiency in developing and implementing personalized education plans.
