Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Respond to and process customer enquiries, leads, quotes and orders
Provide remote technical support via telephone and email
Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to progress leads and support product demonstrations
Collaborate with the wider Internal Sales team to enhance the customer support function and drive sales performance

Is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries at once, always remaining professional and customer focused.
