Boys Football Development Centre Coach (Casual)
Location: Sessions take place in Swansea, Cardiff, Carmarthen, Rhondda Cynon Taff - Candidates can choose to work one or multiple sites, depending on their preference
Salary: A & B licence £16.88 per hour (plus 12.07% Working Time Directive [WTD]) / Football Leaders & C licence £12.31 per hour (plus 12.07% Working Time Directive [WTD])

Swansea City AFC Foundation are looking for coaches to deliver high quality, community-based football sessions to young people in South West Wales; enabling them to develop their skills and attitudes, and supporting them to realise their full potential.
The responsibilities of the role are:
To work alongside contracted staff to deliver engaging and fun, football activities in our Football Development Centres.
To support senior coaches to ensure that sessions are delivered to the highest quality.
To effectively engage with young people at sessions, whilst acting as a positive role model.
To ensure that all activities are delivered within a safe, controlled environment.
To be committed to CPD and attend training course seminars and meetings as required.
To carry out administrative duties as necessary maintain accurate attendance registers, conduct dynamic risk assessments, complete any accident reports.
To ensure all equipment associated with the coaching programme is correctly set up and maintained correctly.
