* Safe administration of SACT and supportive therapies to oncology patients in an outpatient setting.
* Nurse-led SACT toxicity assessments and appropriate escalation.
* Work with the MDT to provide safe, evidence-based, holistic care.
* Venepuncture/Cannulation/CVAD care.
* UKONs triage and associated management.
* Management of emergencies such as adverse reactions to treatment.
* Contribute to service development and maintenance of cancer targets.
* Coordinate shifts, manage workload and ensure safe staffing levels.
* Deliver group pre-treatment patient education sessions.
* Act as a role model to all staff.
* Mentor/develop junior staff and colleagues.
* Work with the senior team to improve the service and patient experience based on latest evidence and developments in cancer care.
* Engage with educational opportunities locally, regionally and nationally, ensuring learning is shared with the wider team.
