We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Working Hours:
Monday - 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and Tuesday - 11:30 am to 3:00 pm
Parents are looking for support on Monday 9:30 am - 12:00 pm and Tuesday 11:30 am - 3:00 pm, with a driver/carer to support taking clients to equine therapy and swimming.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and settling during the night.
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
* Provide emotional support and companionship.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work the specified hours.
