The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality teaching across BTEC Health and Social Care programmes
Planning lessons and assessments in line with awarding body requirements
Marking, tracking progress, and providing constructive feedback
Supporting students’ academic progress and personal development
Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
Working collaboratively with teaching and support staffThe Ideal Candidate Applicants should:
Hold QTS, QTLS, or a relevant teaching qualification (or be working towards one)
Have experience teaching BTEC Health and Social Care, or possess strong subject knowledge
Demonstrate effective classroom management skills
Be committed to raising student achievement
