Role: Kiosk Team Member Locations: YO! Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently You will be ambitious and hungry to learn Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prioritise food presentation, quality and food safety practises You will be enthusiastic and have a positive disposition You will embrace challenges head on, with a willing can-do attitude Willingness to learn and help out in various culinary tasks What you'll be doing: You will assist the manager in the daily running of the kiosks, and serving customers with a smile Prepare fresh food according to the production plans and must be confident working alone in the kiosk in most times, and use own initiative Always maintain high standard of cleanliness in the kiosk kitchen area Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional products You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a fast-paced environment You will be ensuring daily records of delivery, wastage, food safety and temperature checks are completed and recorded accurately You will support us to build customer loyalty by ensuring the highest possible quality in food and service standards You will interact confidently with customers, have fantastic menu knowledge, and will drive sales ensuring they always leave happy with both quality of our food and customer service Flexible to work between the YO!
