Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor (Days & Nights) you will:
3. Answering calls and handling call-centre type queries related to customer well-being.
4. Providing compassionate and empathetic care to customers.
5. Updating customer accounts within a CRM system.
6. Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
7. Experience working within a call centre environment is essential
8. Ability to work flexibly across day and night shifts.
9. Can commit to an on-going temporary role with the view to go perm
10. Confident on the phone and a positive demeanour
11. Strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude.
12. Team Player
A Full UK Driving License is essential for the role & successful DBS check. Fully flexible is required for this as it does include different shifts on a 16 week rota which include days (06:00 - 16:00pm), (14:00pm - 22:30pm) and (22:00pm - 06:00am).
