Paediatric Clinical Lead – Community Complex Care Location: Harrow on the Hill / West London (Hybrid working) Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum DOE An established and highly regarded provider of paediatric complex care in the community is expanding across West and North West London and is looking to appoint an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead to support children with complex healthcare needs at home. The Role As Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, bespoke complex care packages for children and young people in the community. You will work closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure care is safe, effective and tailored to each child’s needs. You will provide clinical leadership, training and supervision to care teams, ensuring excellent standards of care across adult and paediatric complex packages. Key Responsibilities Designing and reviewing individualised complex care plans Providing clinical supervision and leadership to carers and nurses Undertaking assessments, reviews and ongoing monitoring Supporting packages involving tracheostomy, ventilation and complex clinical needs Working collaboratively with MDTs, CHC nurses and commissioners Building trusted relationships with children and their families What We’re Looking For Registered Children’s Nurse (RSCN) with an active NMC PIN Minimum 3 years’ UK paediatric experience Recent experience (within the last 2 years) in tracheostomy and ventilated care Strong leadership and mentoring skills Confident communicator with families and professionals Band 5 or Band 6 nurses with leadership experience encouraged to apply Full UK driving licence (essential) What’s on Offer Salary up to £55,000 DOE 45p per mile for business travel Hybrid working Monday to Friday, 9–5 (no nights or weekends) 33 days annual leave Private pension scheme Excellent learning and development programme Company mobile phone and laptop This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead to further their career with a growing, quality-driven provider delivering complex care in the community.
