TheStaff Restaurant Chef is responsible for the daily restaurantoperations ensuring internal customers always receive the higheststandards of food service and cooperation. Fantastic opportunityfor work life balance Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
The role
* All 3daily meals should be cateredfor.
Food temperatures are logged onFood alert management system for all 3 mealperiods.
Prepare and cook food according torecipes quality standards presentation standards and foodpreparation checklist.
Follow weekly and biweeklystaff canteen menus.
Setup Staff Restaurant forboth lunch and dinner service.
All food needstopping up until closing times. Please check the canteen is toppedup regularly especially between 1.00pm 2.30pm and 5pm to6pm
Ensure breakfast is set up with cereals andmilk.
Post the menu daily at10am
Cook food according to seasons i.e. lightfood in summer warm food in winter.
To build goodworking relationships with other colleagues and all otherdepartments.
Ensure the quality of the food itemsand notify chef if a product does not meetspecifications.
