Retail Operations Coordinator Consumer Retail, Store Operations
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join a global consumer retail company. Based in Weybridge you will be responsible for directly supporting retail stores, assisting with the day to day management of the stores and conduit with Head Office management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* As part of the Retail Operations Team you will be the central point of contact for stores providing a consistently high level of service that supports day-to-day operations.
* Provision of effective and engaging two-way communications channels to the stores.
* Investigate trading feedback issues, checking information and ensuring all operational issues are investigated.
* Assist with all Head Office to store communications.
* Ensure store compliance with all store manuals, policies and procedures.
* Attend weekly trading meetings along with the commercial team and store manager.
* Liaise with the back of house teams to ensure KPIs are met and stock integrity is always maintained.
* Working with the go to market teams, ensure new product launches in stores are executed within the agreed timeframes.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Essential-
* Retail Store Experience with over 5 years within Retail
* Proficient in MS Office 365 applications
* Organised, efficient, self-motivated, solution-oriented individual
* Works well individually & as part of a team
* Ability to react to change
* Excellent verbal/written communication & time management skills
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
* Ability to travel is required
* Ability to develop strong relationships with peers and cross-functional business partners
* Strong execution skills
Advantage-
* Multi-site/corporate retail experience working with stores in an operational role is a plus
This is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract with a view to extending or converting to a full time permanent position.
Hybrid working with up to 3 days per week in Weybridge office
