Safelift Offshore requires a Receptionist / Document administrator to support our busy Office environment. Must be a self-starter with good multitasking and communication skills. This role will also be expected to support various departments as required.
Duties not limited to but will include:
Covering Reception duties for site inclusive of dealing with all calls and site visitors.
Creating & administrating sales and hire enquiries as per company direction.
Supporting internal departments with commercial and marketing communications.
Support in the creating of proforma invoices.
Any other documentation and administration tasks line management require support in.
Holiday Cover as required for internal departments
Skills and Experience
* Proven ability to quickly learn and understand detailed work instructions
* Experience in dealing with public in a professional manner is advantageous.
* Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
* IT familiarization with systems and apps such as Office 365
Salary: Dependant on experience but would suit entry level / school leavers
