I'm looking for a Head of Growth to join a fast-growing performance marketing agency working with direct-to-consumer brands. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue through new client acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and building strategic partnerships.
You'll work closely with the leadership team to shape the agency's growth strategy, manage the sales pipeline, and position the agency as a trusted partner for scaling DTC brands.
What you'll be working on:
* Leading the growth strategy and owning the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
* Building strategic partnerships and raising the agency's profile in the DTC and e-commerce space
* Collaborating with leadership to align growth targets with delivery capacity
* Identifying new market opportunities and growth verticals
* Reporting on key metrics including pipeline value, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and revenue forecasts
What I'm looking for:
* 4+ years in growth, business development, or commercial leadership, ideally in a marketing or performance agency
* Proven track record of generating £500K+ in annual new business revenue
* Strong understanding of DTC brands, paid media, and the agency landscape
* Strategic thinker who can both plan and execute, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Data-driven and results-focused, capable of using metrics to inform decisions
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
