Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Our client, a well-established and highly respected consumer brand, is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join their marketing team based in Leeds. This opportunity would suit either a Junior Brand Manager ready to take the next step in their career or an existing Brand Manager seeking to join a successful FMCG business operating within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
The Role:
Reporting into the Senior Marketing leadership team, the Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated brand plans to drive growth, brand equity and commercial performance. This is a broad and high-profile role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and effective management of external agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned to commercial objectives
* Lead fully integrated ATL and BTL campaigns from briefing through to delivery and evaluation
* Manage relationships with creative, media and activation agencies
* Analyse market data, consumer insight and campaign performance to inform future activity
* Support NPD launches and in-store activation initiatives
* Work closely with sales, category and insight teams to ensure alignment
* Manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable ROI
Candidate Requirements
* Experience operating at Junior Brand Manager or Brand Manager level
* Demonstrable experience delivering both ATL and BTL campaigns
* Strong track record of managing external marketing agencies
* Commercially aware with strong analytical capability
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
