Car Sales Controller required for busy retail operation based in Hinckley
1. Basic Salary: £30,000 + Bonuses
2. OTE: £60,000+
3. Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 10am-4pm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller to join a high-volume, fast-paced used car operation in Hinckley.
With 550–600 vehicles on site at any given time, this is a great chance to step into a busy retail environment with strong customer demand and excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Controller:
4. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver strong results and exceed targets.
5. Assist with deals, finance, value-added products, and closing support.
6. Ensure compliance across all financial documentation and regulatory processes.
7. Step in to support site management when required.
8. Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas to drive revenue growth.
9. Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on success.
What We’re Looking For:
10. Proven background in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style environment.
11. Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.
12. A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a busy sales environment.
13. Well-organised, motivated, and target-driven.
14. Approachable and professional with customers, with strong communication skills.
15. FCA accreditation or willingness to undertake training.
