Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join one of our clients based in Braintree. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.
Main Responsibilities
* Work with global teams on admin tasks like trade compliance.
* Raise tickets for classifying products with HS codes and ECCNs.
* Help with the Emax system and support production needs for engineering.
* Keep the Emax ERP system updated with the correct information.
* Create and manage company part numbers (TCPN).
* Keep the Central Part Registry (SAP CPR System) up to date.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Update Excel spreadsheets with needed data.
Skills Needed
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
* Experience with trade compliance is helpful but not required.
* Experience using ERP systems (Emax is a plus).
* Good attention to detail.
* Able to work well under deadlines.
* Punctual and reliable.
* Bachelor degree in engineering or manufacturing field preferable
* Willing to learn and pick up new skills.

* Monday to Thursday 07:45-16:45 Friday 07:45-15:15
