Job Description
1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
2. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
3. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
4. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
5. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
6. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
8. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
10. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

The Successful Applicant
11. 5+ years of experience in the Commercial Construction industry
12. Experience on larger projects
13. Ability to communicate verbally in English and Spanish
14. Ability to read and understand plans.
15. Capable of problem solving and experience with complex details onsite
16. Ability to work with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and property owners in a professional mannor
17. Technical savvy individual - Procore is utilized onsite
18. Desire to grow career as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
