Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)Salary: to £55k+ packageBased: Hampshire/HybridA Quantity Surveyor is required for a major Civils Power Project!You will be joining a high-performing commercial team, who are part of a highly respected contractor delivering large scale power projects across the region. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
* Managing project costs from inception through to final account
* Administering contracts (NEC experience desirable)
* Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
* Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
* Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial success
The Suitable Applicant will have the following experience:
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civils, utilities, or power projects
* Good understanding of NEC contracts
* Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams
* Ambition to grow within a forward-thinking business
