* Work with the freshest seafood, preparing ingredients and cooking alongside experienced chefs
* Learn and develop essential culinary skills, from knife work to plating dishes

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
* Be part of a supportive, team-focused kitchen, where learning and growth are encouraged
