What you'll do You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dishes, flatware, pots and pans and prep areas during their day. This will include washing all pots, pans, kitchen tools and trays, sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, banquet service areas and hallways for the day to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. Sometimes our guests have special requests involving specific set up and other preparations for their special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Stewards.
