Teaching Personnel are seeking a Behaviour Support Mentor. This role is education-focused only and does not involve residential care duties.
As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils throughout the school day. The role involves a mix of:

A calm, resilient, and consistent approach is essential. Experience managing challenging behaviour is highly desirable, though full training will be given.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
