Support the People function on supporting the organisation through TUPE and change activity
Analyse T&C's differences
Support with reviewing a variety of T&C's to develop suggests on harmonisation
Analyse themes
Develop a change proposal around costs and T&C's moving forward
Support with trade union consultations and negotiationsProfile
An Interim HR Consultant with:
Change management or TUPE experience with T&C's harmonisation
Higher Education experience desirable
Experience working in a unionised environment
Proactive approach and strong initiative
Looking for a HR Generalist background or ER professional
Able to start at short noticeJob Offer
