Part Time Accounts Assistant - 15 hours a week over 3 daysBirmingham city centre£27,000 p/a FTE - pro rata for 15 hours of workBell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a classy, growing professional services firm based in the Birmingham city centre. Due to volume, they are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to support their resident accountant with all elements of transactional finance.Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Day-to-day bookkeeping and processing a high volume of invoices
* General ledger and bank reconciliations
* Chasing PO numbers and matching on accountancy software
* Support with month-end and billing processes where necessary
* Ad-hoc chasing of debtors
The person:
* Vastly experienced in accounts and bookkeeping
* A strong working knowledge of SAGE and Excel
* Looking for part time work
* Ability to communicate professionally with internal colleagues
* Excellent attention to detail and a no job too small work ethic
