You will connect staff across the country working across roading, water, and asset management with tailored geospatial data solutions. Your day-to-day will involve developing integrations across key asset management data platforms, performing spatial analysis to drive operational improvements or efficiencies, and presenting your findings to enable confident decision-making.In addition to the above you will:* Build, maintain, and optimise geospatial data integrations and interactive dashboards* Perform spatial analysis* Identify patterns and provide insights to drive maintenance and replacement decisions* Gather requirements, document business processes, and deliver accessible reports for decision makers* Support staff in adopting geospatial solutions* Collaborate with internal and external clients and foster new opportunities* Ensure all safety, quality, and environmental protocols are strictly followedAt Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.Good Work equals Good Benefits* Medical insurance and Life insurance after the eligibility period.* Ongoing training and development, with clear career growth and progression opportunities.* KiwiSaver employer contributions after service milestones, up to 7%.* Parental leave top‐up payment with additional return‐to‐work support.* Great discounts at a wide range of retailers.We’re looking for someone with:* 2+ years’ experience developing ETL workflows with Safe Software FME (Form and Flow).* Demonstrated 2+ experience configuring and deploying geospatial solutions using ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.* Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).* Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, including Maximo EAM and Thinkproject AWM (RAMM).* Knowledge of New Zealand data standards, including the 3 Waters Data Standard and Asset Management Data Standard (AMDS).* Familiarity with Digital Engineering software such as Autodesk AEC Collection, 12d, or similar, is advantageous.* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and modern web tools.* Experience in, or knowledge of, the infrastructure construction industry is preferred.* A strong team player with a positive attitude and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Creating, Connecting and caring for the communityOur people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
