We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our client's growing team based in Warrington.
This is a permanent position.
The rate of pay is £25,000 per annum.
This is a full-time role working, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm
Ideally, you will live within 10 miles of WA1 4RQ and be able to drive.
Your Time at Work
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with care. You will manage customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, while working closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems (Creatio CRM)
