We are currently looking for an SAP HR payroll consultant in Costa Rica to join a project with a global client of ours.
Start: April 2026
Duration: 12 month initial contract with long term extensions likely
Location: Remote
Languages: English and Spanish speaking
Type: Contract/Freelance
Role/Responsibilities
1. Provide expertise in Costa Rican SAP Payroll processes and configuration.
2. Support end-to-end Costa Rican payroll implementations.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver payroll solutions.
4. Ensure compliance with Costa Rican payroll regulations.
5. Configure and maintain Schemas and Rules.
6. Communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
