The Role
* Manage and develop relationships with national retail/wholesale accounts
* Deliver annual sales, margin, and volume targets across assigned customers
* Build and implement customer business plans and promotional strategies
* Lead range reviews, new product listings, and trade marketing activities
* Forecast accurately and collaborate with supply chain to ensure service levels
* Monitor account performance, analyse trends, and identify growth opportunities
* Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms in line with company objectives
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, and commercial teams
The Requirements
* Proven experience in national account management within the FMCG sector
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
* Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results through relationships
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Nielsen/IRI/Kantar data is a plus
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
