The Opportunity We are a fast-growing, multi-service facilities and cleaning business working with schools, public sector bodies and commercial clients across Wales and the South West. We’re looking for a driven Telesales Executive whose sole focus is opening doors and booking qualified appointments for our Directors to attend. This is not a hard-sell role. You won’t be closing deals — your success is measured by the quality of appointments you generate. What You’ll Be Doing Making outbound B2B calls to schools, commercial and public sector organisations Identifying decision-makers (Headteachers, Business Managers, Estates & Facilities leads) Introducing our services professionally and confidently Qualifying interest and booking appointments into Directors’ diaries Updating CRM systems accurately with call outcomes and notes Following up warm leads and nurturing prospects where appropriate What We’re Looking For Confident and professional phone manner Experience in telesales, lead generation or appointment setting (B2B preferred) Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers Resilient, motivated and target-driven Organised and disciplined with follow-ups and admin Someone who takes pride in quality conversations, not just call volume Experience in facilities management, cleaning, education or public sector sales is a bonus — but not essential.
